ENICS (Encontro Nacional de Inovação na Construção a Seco) is Brazil's largest industrialized construction event, bringing together manufacturers, architects, engineers, builders, and technology developers for the construction sector. The ENICS Prize annually recognizes projects and works that best represent excellence in dry construction systems — Steel Frame, Light Steel Frame, Wood Frame, drywall, and off-site solutions.

For 8HAUS, this recognition reflects a trajectory built since 2018 with a focus on high-end residential architecture designed specifically for industrialized systems — not adapted afterward. The award validates the studio's approach: complete executive project, rigorous coordination, and millimetric attention to constructive details.

ENICS AMBASSADORS

Beyond the prize, 8HAUS serves as an official ENICS Ambassador — a recognition granted to professionals and firms that represent and disseminate best practices in dry construction across Brazil.

As ambassadors, Felipe Rodrigues and Julie Marques Schultz actively participate in Brazil's constructive innovation ecosystem: presenting projects, sharing technical knowledge, and contributing to the advancement of contemporary residential architecture with industrialized systems.
